I work with studios and class providers as a Yoga and Pilates teacher. My approach to yoga is informed by breath and safety and is steeped in ancient wisdom. The pilates classes I teach are heavily focused on body awareness, the spine and core. Huge emphasis is placed on the connection between the breath and core activation.
I lead ‘Wisdom of Yoga’ weekend retreats throughout the year, they are a delightful blend of Yoga, Philosophy, Meditation, Pilates Fundamentals and Mindfulness.
Yoga and Wisdom Workshops
I have been studying the Sutras and other ancient yoga texts for some years now and offer Yoga and Wisdom workshops periodically throughout the year. I am a huge advocate of the ancient philosophy and its ability to alleviate suffering.
I work privately with clients in my home or in the client home to support their body and mind connection using yoga, pilates and ancient wisdom.
